The Rae of Light Foundation is a 501(c)3 non- profit organization established by Jessica & Matt Ludwig in honor and memory of their beloved 18 year old daughter, Jillian Rae Ludwig. Jillian was an aspiring musician who lost her life tragically and senselessly in November 2023 when she was struck by a stray bullet while taking a jog in a community park nearby to her college campus in Nashville, Tennessee. The mission of the Rae of Light Foundation is to honor Jillian’s legacy by providing scholarships and financial assistance for music students and struggling artists, as well as to protect innocent lives from being taken through preventable violence.
