All registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable to future events. As this event supports the mission of the American Cancer Society, all fees are considered charitable contributions. Participants may forfeit their registration at any time without refund, credit, or deferral. If circumstances beyond our control—including federal requirements, safety or security protocols, weather, runway operations, or other unforeseen events—require the event to be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or converted to a virtual format, registrations remain valid for the updated event and no refunds or credits will be issued. Participants may transfer to the virtual race within the published deadline; packet mailing is available for an additional fee. All in-person participants must be valid U.S. citizens and meet minimum age requirements; failure to meet eligibility requirements does not qualify for a refund. By registering, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute.
