TIHAN is a coalition of individuals, businesses, faith communities, and nonprofit groups providing HIV awareness and also support services to help people with HIV to live as well as possible.  We are a volunteer-based organization that relies on the community for support as we do not receive government funding.  TIHAN is the largest volunteer-based HIV service provider in the state of Arizona, and the largest non-government funded provider as well.  We are a 501(c)(3) organization and we do not allow any proselytizing or promote any religious beliefs.
