We are a 501(c)(3) college football bowl game that supports Southern Arizona through tourism and gives 100% of our net proceeds to nonprofit organizations. In 2025 we donated over $200,000 to 25 local nonprofit organizations. We are fundraising to support these efforts in bettering our community
