Transfer Out Period: After the race fills, riders will be given the chance to transfer out of the race (less $20) to the amount of people that are on the waitlist. A portion of the $20 transfer out fee goes towards local youth cycling organizations. **THE TRANFER OUT PERIOD CONCLUDES ON September 15, 2023***
