Spokane River Run 2024

PACKET PICK-UP:

Packet pick-up will take place at Fleet Feet, located at 1315 W Summit Pkwy, Spokane, WA 99201, on Friday, April 19, 2024, 3-6pm and Saturday, April 20, 2024, 2-5pm. Please make every effort to pick up your packet before race day. You may have someone else pick up your packet for you. A limited packet pick-up will be available on race morning near the start area beginning at 6:30am. Make sure to allow plenty of time on race morning if you are unable to pick up your packet on Friday or Saturday.

PARKING:

Because our race takes place in Riverside State Park, a Washington State Parks Discover Pass is required for all vehicles!

50k, 50k Relay, and 25k Challenge: 7:45am

25k: 8:30am

5k: 9:15am

10k: 10:15am

WATER STATIONS:

Stations will have water, HEED sports drink, and limited quantities of gels. Due to the remote nature of the trails, long-distance runners are strongly encouraged to run with their own liquids and energy gels.

50k & 50k Relay: miles 4, 8, 12.7, 15.5, 18, 21.5, 23, 26.5, and 28.5

25k Challenge: miles 4, 8, 12.7

25k: miles 3, 6, 8.5, 11, 13

10k: miles 3, 5

5k: mile 2

AWARDS:

Awards will be distributed for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers of each gender (non-binary, female, and male), in each distance, for each age group (12 & under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+). Awards ceremonies will immediately follow each race, with winners being announced by name and invited to the podium. Participants who do not wish to be publicly recognized for placing 1st-3rd should let us know in advance. Email spokaneriverrun@gmail.com.

50K CUTOFF

The cutoff for 50k runners is 11:45am, after the first 25k, back at the start/finish area (00:15:27 mile pace). Runners who choose to continue after this cutoff time will not have a supported or runner-tracked second half of the course.
