Start Time:
Stage 1: 8:00am first rider starts, following riders released at 30 second intervals
Stage 2: 8:30am first rider starts, following riders released at 30 second intervals
Format
Individual time trial, no drafting permitted.
Time trial bikes and aero clip-on bars are allowed - but no changes to equipment between stages
Registration
Registration closes at Noon on Saturday October 17
$20 (plus processing fee) per individual, payable at time of registering online.
No fee for riders 18 and under but they must still register online.
Start list and times will be circulated by email on Saturday October 17.

Courses
Stage 1

Starting at the bus stop opposite Waterlot, head west on Middle Road and turn left onto Lighthouse Road. At the top of the hill, turn right onto St Anne’s Road. Turn left onto the lighthouse driveway and continue to the finish in the lighthouse car park.
Stage 2
- Starting from Southampton Post Office bus stop on Middle Road, head West on Middle Road. Turn left onto South Road. Turn left at junction onto Lighthouse Road, then left onto St. Anne’s Road and left again onto the lighthouse driveway. Finish at the same point in the lighthouse car park
