7:15 AM - Water opens for swim warm-ups
7:45 AM - Pre race meeting at Transition Area
8:00 AM - All Races Start
10:30 AM – Projected awards ceremony (will be adjusted based on last finisher’s time)
11:00 AM - Course closes
