Within the Same Ride Day (Event Transfer AKA Ride Distance/Start Time Changes)
To edit your registration, begin by logging into your RunSignUp.com account, and go to your “Profile” page. On the “Profile” page, see Rides under Upcoming Events. This shows a list of all Ride(s) that are coming up. You are able to manage the registration for the Ride by clicking "Manage Registration". From there, you will click "Transfer Event" on the left side menu, and then click "Start Transfer". Now you will select the race you are wanting to transfer TO, fill out necessary questions and pay fees (if applicable).

Ride to Ride (Ride Transfer to different Date/City)
To transfer your ride registration, begin by logging into your RunSignUp.com account, and go to your “Profile” page. On the “Profile” page, see Rides under Upcoming Events. This shows a list of all Ride(s) that are coming up. You are able to manage the registration for the Ride by clicking "Manage Registration". From there, you will click "Transfer to Another Ride" on the top or the left side menu. You will be shown details and fees (if applicable). Select the appropriate Ride and then click "Start Transfer".

For the 2021 season, Bikes & Beers is allowing event deferrals to 2022 for a processing fee of $9.95. All deferrals must be submitted (30) days sooner from the race date. Within the 30-day period, if you have a medical emergency or a Covid-19 positive test, please email us HERE and we will do a manual deferral.
Log in to your RunSignUp.com account. Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration. On the left of the screen select “Defer Registration” & follow the steps which includes paying the $9.95 deferral fee. When 2022 registration opens you will receive an email on how to register for the event at no charge.

Event Refund Policy
In the event that you register for a Bikes & Beers event and cannot participate, there are no refunds UNLESS you wish to transfer or defer your registration BEFORE the cut-off date for each method listed above. Additionally, refer to item 14 of the Yellowfin Events LLC Waiver: This event follows the standard cycling industry policy: All entry fees are non refundable and non transferable to any other participant. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable and bib numbers are non transferable.
Event Pre-Ordered Merchandise
All merchandise pre-ordered in the event registration checkout process will be available for pickup at the event after party. Please find the merchandise tent and give your last name to our volunteers. They will then redeem your purchase. All pre-ordered merchandise is nonrefundable. All merchandise purchases (including pre-orders) are final. No exchanges and no refunds.
In the event that you cannot redeem your purchase and would still like to receive your merchandise, our policy is as follows:
Please come to any future Bikes & Beers event to redeem your purchase (You do not have to register for that event to pick up your merchandise).
Instructions: Email (firstname.lastname@example.org). He will respond with an email. Have that email thread and the original purchase confirmation email ready on your mobile phone or print it out when coming to redeem your purchase.
Alternatively: If you'd like your merchandise shipped to you, we have a shipping and handling "product" on our Bikes & Beers online shop. This is a $5 handling fee as well as our $6 flat rate shipping charge ($11 total). Please fill in the appropriate shipping information and leave us a NOTE in the checkout process letting us know exactly what you didn't collect at the event (product & size). We will then cross reference our event day inventory.
