As the designated Region 2 provider in New Jersey’s Bringing Veterans Home initiative, Bridges Outreach is leading the charge to solve veteran homelessness across Essex and Union counties.. Your support will help us do more than raise awareness; it will help us deliver results for the people who sacrificed so much for their country.

In the past year, Bridges permanently housed 480 individuals experiencing homelessness, including veterans who had been living on the streets, in cars, or in shelters. Through the Bringing Veterans Home initiative, we’ve already housed 13 veterans this year, diverted 9 others from becoming homeless, and assisted 7 with critical rental arrears to prevent housing loss. Today, 153 veterans are actively receiving case management in our program as we work to bring each one home.

With your partnership, we can accelerate this momentum, ensuring that every veteran has not just a roof but a pathway to stability, support, and dignity. Sponsorship directly fuels outreach, case management, housing navigation, and long-term wraparound support for those who have served our country.
