On October 18th, stand up against human trafficking by joining the Break Free Run. 

This is more than a race.

This annual event brings our community together for a powerful purpose: human trafficking awareness and prevention.

Here’s what you’ll get when you sign up:

• Scenic 5K & 10K Courses – Whether you’re chasing a personal record or walking with friends, you’ll feel the energy from start to finish as you run through Folsom trails and streets. 🏃 
• High Race Energy – 🎶 Fun music and an emcee to keep the excitement going.
• 🎈 Kids’ Run + Family Zone – A brand-new route for kids plus games, activities, and family fun.
•  Vendor Village – Local food, drinks, wellness booths, and community vendors to explore. 🛍️
