Start your August morning with movement, mindfulness, and a touch of indulgence. Join us for an energizing outdoor yoga session designed to awaken your body and calm your mind in the fresh summer air. Bring your own mat. A limited amount of yoga mats will be available to borrow on a first-come, first serve basis.
After the flow, treat yourself to a delicious açaí bowl — refreshing, nutrient-packed, and perfect for a post-yoga recharge.
All Active-Duty E1-E6 attendees will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a North Face backpack, 32oz Hydroflask, and an adult body board. Winners drawn at the end of the yoga session *No Navy Endorsement implied.
