The Mental Health 5k Run/Walk focuses on the importance of mental health awareness and its possible consequences. In these times of political and social unrest, we invite you to join us in this opportunity to encourage, uplift and support our local community.

Promoting mental health wellness raises awareness on issues and provides support to individuals in need. Coming together as a community is the first crucial step for many individuals.
