Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! This is a non-competitive event.

DATE: Sunday, November 9, 2025

LOCATION: Empower Field @ Mile High (1701 Bryant St. Denver CO 80204), Lot D (The start and finish lines are located west of Parking Lots D and G on Mile High Stadium Circle) Course Maps will be available closer to event start date.

TIMES

• 8 AM - Bib Pick-Up and Race Day Registration opens
• Arrival Times are based on your school name and color pod. Color pod school assignments will be available closer to 5K day.
  • 9:00 AM - Pink and Blue Pod arrival
  • 9:30 AM - Purple and Green Pod arrival 
• 10:00 AM - official 5K Start Time

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION: Lots C, Z, B, and A when entering from south of the stadium Lots J and L when entering from north of stadium

BIB PICK-UP INFORMATION

There is NO early bib pick-up for this event. Please note that Girls on the Run participants' bibs will be handed out by their coaches at their team signs on race day and cannot be picked up by parents/guardians.

All family and community runner bibs can be picked up on Race Day at the Bib Pick Up tents starting at 8 AM.

NO REFUNDS 

Insurance is available through RunSignUp.

Please note that the 5K giveaway items are on a first come, first served basis. There is NO guarantee you will receive an item for race day registration.

Girls on the Run 5K events are celebratory, non-competitive races. Community Runners will NOT be timed. Come find your happy pace with us!
