The Recovery Run of the Rockies 5K is a high-energy, feel-good race you won’t want to miss. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to kick off your weekend, this all-ages, all-abilities event delivers the perfect mix of movement, music, and community.
Run or walk a scenic 5K through the heart of Colorado, then stick around for a lively post-race celebration featuring a live DJ, prize drawings, and a free pancake breakfast—open to everyone, not just runners! Bring your family, bring your friends, or just come for the pancakes.
Proceeds benefit Lighthouse, a local nonprofit providing safe, supportive housing for people overcoming homelessness and addiction, and will help open Lighthouse’s first recovery home for women—filling a critical gap in services in Northern Colorado.
