The 2025 Run Like a Mother race supports the Ridgefield Library’s
Noreen L. Papa “Mothers: Live Your Life” Fund.
Contributions to the Fund will support library programs and collections dedicated to women's health and wellness, specifically to educate mothers to take care of themselves so they can take care of others.

The donation button will be open until Tuesday, May 14th at midnight and then we will draw and notify the winners. You do not have to be a registered runner to make a donation for a raffle entry (but they must use the RunSignUp donation button so that we can track it), so encourage your friends and family to make a donation too!
Run Like a Mother 5k & Kids 1 Mile 2025
Your favorite way to spend Mother's Day returns to Ridgefield, Connecticut on Sunday, May 11, 2025, with a 5k Women's Race and Kids 1 Mile. The 5k race starts at The Ridgefield Playhouse and ends at Ballard Park,. The course is welcoming to both beginner and experienced runners alike. At Ballard Park we'll have a family celebration area with runner refreshments and activities for the kids. There will be plenty of places for your family and friends to spectate, so tell them to get their poster-making skills ready!
