When is packet pick-up?
Friday, August 18th, from 4:00-7:00 PM
Saturday, August 19th, from 8:30-9:30 AM

Can anyone run the one mile distance?
Yes! We added the one mile distance knowing we’ll have kids, families and all ages participating. You are welcome to walk or run the one mile distance. It is untimed and meant to be inclusive and fun.
Can I have my dog run with me?
Yes, but dogs must be on a non-retractable leash. We also ask that you are mindful of your surroundings while running or walking.
Can I register at packet pick up? What about on race day? Do you accept credit cards at packet pick up and/or on race day?
Yes, you can register up until race day if bibs are still available. We can’t guarantee shirts as those will be printed ahead of race day.
Can I pick up my friend’s packet?
Yes you can.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size if it doesn’t fit?
Unless we have extras on race day, no.
I registered but now I can’t make it, can I get a refund?
No, there are no refunds. If you can’t make it, we encourage you to run at your convenience!
I registered in-person but now I can’t make it. Can you mail my race packet to me?
You can edit your registration through August 1st. Go in and switch to virtual.
Are baby joggers/strollers allowed?
Yes, please start toward the back, and stay clear of other runners.
Will there be Port-a-potties on the course?
No.
Will there be a post-race party/gathering?
Yes! We encourage everyone to stay, have fun, and enjoy the company of good friends and community members. You're invited to stay after the race until 2:00 pm for a community picnic! Please feel free to bring your own cooler, food, and beverages (no glass).
What are your contingency plans for bad weather?
Rain – The event will NOT be canceled due to rain alone unless the downpour is such that athletes and volunteers lose visibility making situations unsafe. If this occurs we will wait until the rain subsides. We will communicate such a change via announcements on race morning.
