EVERY sponsorship is very much appreciated! 100% of monetary sponsorships will go to help fund childhood cancer research via the Cure4Cam Hero Fund through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (501(c)(3). Contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law. 

The sponsorship process is an easy one!

1. 1. Read info below and select sponsorship level.

   2. Click on "Submit Sponsorship" button on this page and enter sponsorship info on donation page. (You will receive a donation confirmation via email from Runsignup.)

   3. You will receive a second email with a coupon code for your free entry(ies). Wait for this code to register. If you do not wish to participate in the race itself but would like the Tshirts, respond to the email with shirt sizes. (Tshirts come with registration if you choose that option, as supplies last.) If you desire neither shirts nor entries, no further action is required. (for exception, see notes below)

PLEASE NOTE:

Sponsorship MUST be received by October 1 to be included on the T-shirt. Also, no Tshirts are guaranteed after the October 1 date, so please submit sponsorship by then.

All NEW sponsors and sponsors with an updated logo at the $500 level and above will need to submit a logo in vector format.

Sponsorships come with a gift from the XC team of free race entries (level of sponsorship determines # of entries). ***Please do not register to participate until you receive a follow-up email with a discount code for these free entries.

ORANGE SPONSOR ($2,500-$4,999)

• Opportunity for sponsor booth at race site and/or packet pickup. (Notify us through contact form if you would like to do this.)
• Logo on registration website and race shirt (size increases with $ level) Must be received by October 1st for shirt deadline!
• 8 complimentary race entries

YELLOW SPONSOR ($1,000-$2,499)

• Opportunity for sponsor booth at race site and/or packet pickup. (Notify us through contact form if you would like to do this.)
• Logo on registration website and race shirt (size increases with $ level) Must be received by October 1st for shirt deadline!
• 4 complimentary race entries

GREEN SPONSOR ($500-$999)
