Don't wait until you're hungry, thirsty, or running low on energy. Fuel early, fuel consistently, and stay ahead of the game. 🔁

✔️ Start race day with a balanced meal
✔️ Stay hydrated throughout both races
✔️ Keep fueling during lap 1 and lap 2
✔️ Refuel and recover after you finish
