Here’s how to make the most of the next few weeks:

Dial in Your Long Runs

Your long run is key to race day success. By now, you should be building up the distance each week. Maintain a steady pace and focus on getting comfortable at race effort.

Boost Your Strength & Speed

Adding strength training once or twice a week will improve your running efficiency and help prevent injuries. Keep up with:
Hill Sprints – Short bursts of effort to build power.
Plyometrics – Exercises like box jumps and lunges to strengthen key running muscles.
Strength Training – Focus on core and lower-body work to stay strong through every mile.

Train Smarter, Not Just Harder

Recovery is just as important as training. Prioritize:
Sleep – 8+ hours helps your body rebuild.
Mobility – Regular stretching or yoga keeps you moving well.
Hydration & Nutrition – Fuel your body with what it needs to perform.

Stay on Track with Runna

You’ve put in the work, keep showing up, stay consistent, and we’ll see you at the start line!
