Where & When Can I Pick Up My Bib?

Bib pick-up will be held exclusively at The Running Place:

Dates: Wednesday, September 24 – Saturday, September 27
Hours
- Wednesday 9/24, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Thursday 9/25, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Friday 9/26, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday 9/27, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

📅 Race-Day Pick-Up: Limited pick-up will also be available at Subaru Park from 6:00–6:30 a.m. We strongly recommend picking up in advance to avoid race-morning delays.

Can I Defer to Next Year?

No, deferrals are not available. If extenuating circumstances arise, email us at delcorun@visitdelcopa.com BY SEPTEMBER 18 and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I Transfer My Bib?

Yes! Bib transfers are allowed. Instructions can be found in your registration confirmation email.

Deadline: All bib transfers must be completed by September 18, 2025.
After this date, no transfers or bib changes can be accommodated.

I Missed Sign Up! Is there a waiting list or will more bibs become available?

We are overwhelemed by the number of people who signed up. Unfortuantely, we are unable to increase the cap for this year. We're sorry you can't join and hope you'll try again in 2026 - stay tuned for announcements.

Is Bag Check Available?

Yes! Complimentary bag check will be provided by The Mobile Locker Co. at the Start Line (Rose Tree Park) until 7:45 a.m.

Bags will be securely transported to the Finish Line (Subaru Park) for post-race pick-up.
All bags must be checked by 7:45 a.m. sharp.

Are Strollers or Dogs Allowed?

Strollers: Allowed on the course. However, please note strollers are not permitted on shuttle buses. You must arrange drop-off at Rose Tree Park.
Dogs: Not allowed on the course.

How Do I Get to the Start on Race Morning?

Shuttle service will be provided:

From: Subaru Park (12 Reaney Street, Chester, PA)
To: Rose Tree Park (Start Line)
Time: Shuttles run from 6:00–6:45 a.m.

⚠️ Important: If you are not on a shuttle by 6:45 a.m., you will not be permitted to race.

Parking at Rose Tree Park is discouraged. We recommend parking at Subaru Park and using the complimentary shuttles.

Will There Be Water Stops?

Yes! There will be five water stops along the course, plus hydration stations at the Start and Finish. Each stop will include:

Water
Nuun Sport electrolyte drink

Will There Be Restrooms?

Yes, portable restrooms will be available:

At the Start Line
At each water stop
At the Finish Line

What Can I Expect at the Start Line?

We’re kicking things off Delco-style with:

Casey Boy from WMMR’s Preston & Steve Show as race emcee
Live DJ
Group stretch led by NovaCare
Complimentary bag check

What Can I Expect at the Finish Line?

Your finisher medal
Fresh soft pretzels courtesy of Wawa
Additional complimentary refreshments

What Can I Expect at the Post-Race Party?

Celebrate with us at Union Yards at Subaru Park! Enjoy:

Live music, food, drinks, and vendors
Recovery services from NovaCare and SweatHouz (including polar plunges!)
Kids’ activities: face-painting & balloon twisting
Awards ceremony and short remarks

⏰ The celebration kicks off when the first runners cross the line and continues until 1:00 p.m.

Will There Be Food & Drink at the Post-Race Party?

Yes! Registered runners and volunteers receive:

1 FREE beer from Delco’s own 2SP Brewing (21+ only) or a non-alcoholic beverage
1 FREE food item (choose from: cheesesteak from Delco Steaks — vegetarian option available — or a burger/hot dog from Relish)

🎟️ Runners will use the tear-away ticket on their bib. Volunteers will receive vouchers.

Additional food & beverages will be available for purchase.

👉 A PHOTO ID is required to enter Union Yards at the post-race party. A photo ID or guardian over 21 is required to enter Union Yards. Anyone 21+ will receive a wristband at the entrance's ID check.

Are There Awards & Prize Money?

Yes!

Overall Top Finishers (Male & Female):

🥇 1st: $500 cash, $50 Fearless Restaurant gift card, commemorative beer glass
🥈 2nd: $300 cash, $50 Fearless Restaurant gift card, commemorative beer glass
🥉 3rd: $150 cash, $50 Fearless Restaurant gift card, commemorative beer glass

Age Group Winners (Male & Female):

🥇 1st: $100 Fearless Restaurant gift card, commemorative beer glass
🥈 2nd: $50 Fearless Restaurant gift card, commemorative beer glass
🥉 3rd: Commemorative beer glass

Is There an Image of the Race Shirt or Medal?

Sneak peeks will be shared on Visit Delco’s Facebook and Instagram (@VisitDelcoPA). Keep an eye out for updates on the shirt, medal, and start/finish line arches!

I registered for the "Just the Bib" package. Is there a way that I can switch so I can receive the t-shirt?

We will have limited extra shirts at packet pickup at The Running Place. If you would like to add the shirt, you can purchase one for $20 when you pick up your bib.
