This year's Hometown Nite Ride supports two wonderful causes!
The Region Composite MTB is a local youth program that uses mountain biking to improve the lives of teens and to positively impact our community. The program is based on the principles of strong body, strong mind, strong character, equality and inclusivity.
Buddy Bags provides weekend bags of food to local students who participate in the free lunch program. Each bag contains simple, single-serving meals and snacks to be used over the weekend. Studies have shown that students who are not well nourished over the weekend return to school on Monday unprepared to do their best. This program currently serves 20 local schools and over 800 children.
