This is a fundraiser for the Elkhart County Down Syndrome Support Group! The mission of the group is to provide outreach and support to parents with special needs. The group shares resources and has quarterly gatherings. Funds to for scholarships- such as therapeutic riding, professional help and educational materials.
The dream is to create a company where the adult children can get meaningful work. Eventually, this would include a group home situation where they can live together, pay rent and afford to pay a qualified House Mom or Dad to live with them.
You can also send donations directly to the group, a registered 501C3 Non profit. You donations are tax deductible.
