The MillerKnoll Global Associate Relief Fund exists to provide immediate financial support to MillerKnoll associates around the world who are facing unforeseen disasters or personal hardships. When the unexpected happens, this fund helps ensure our people have access to timely, compassionate assistance—so they can focus on what matters most in challenging moments.
What makes this fund especially meaningful is how it works: it’s powered by associates, partners, and supporters who choose to give, and it’s independently administered by the Emergency Assistance Foundation (EAF). This ensures that every application is reviewed objectively and confidentially, with dignity and respect at the center of the process. MillerKnoll does not see individual applications or grant decisions unless an associate chooses to share.
