The 20 Mile Bike Ride will start at 6:00 p.m. and will be a group led ride, but will not have SAG support. Riders will be responsible for ensuring their bikes are up to date on maintenance, they are capable of riding 20 miles, and they bring along adequate water and nutrients. Helmets are mandatory!! The ride will start at 6:00 p.m. and plans to be back to the shelter by 8:00 p.m.
The 10k Mile Bike Ride will start at 6:05 p.m. this ride will be a loop ride within the Lindenwood Park, route will be marked. Helmets are encouraged for this ride.
The 2 Mile Bike Ride will start at 6:10 p.m., this ride will be a loop ride within the Lindenwood Park, route will be marked.. Helmets are encouraged for this ride.
The 5K Walk will start at 6:15 pm this walk will be a loop with the Lindenwood Park, route will be marked.
