The Trail to Ale 10K course is a loop that starts and ends on Diamond Street in Portland. The course includes the Back Cove Trail, Payson Park, and the Bayside Trail.

There will be two water stations set up on the course, in addition to the water station at the finish line. These are located in Payson Park and the Back Cove parking lot (near Hannaford).
