*Packet Pickup is for general runners and GOTR/STRIDE RunBuddies. GOTR/STRIDE participants will pick up their race packet on race morning from their coaches.

Yes! You are welcome to pick up packets for friends and family.
If you have a group of 10 or more participants to pick up for, please email Renee@racefullsend before noon on Thursday.

Race shirts are guaranteed for all participants who register before April 16. After April 16, participants may select from the remaining inventory while supplies last. Register early to guarantee your preferred shirt size.
Girls on the Run & STRIDE participants will receive a program shirt and may add a race t-shirt or tank during the run buddy registration.
Registration must be completed ONLINE.
On-site registration is NOT available.
Registration is open until 30 minutes prior to the start of the race

Yes there is one water station on the course.
Yes, there are restrooms at the start/finish line.
Yes, you may edit your personal information, join a team and change your shirt size by editing your registration in your RunSignUp profile.
Dogs are not permitted on the course or inside the Greene Track and Field Complex.
The EmergeOrtho 5K is one of the largest 5Ks in Wilmington, and the course can be crowded in some areas. For the safety of all participants, we ask that all strollers start at the very back of the last wave.
Parking on campus is free during the EmergeOrtho 5K. Please refer to the parking map for parking locations. PARKING MAP
DEFERRALS: Participants can defer their registration for a $10 fee through RunSignUp up to 1 month prior to the race date.
BIB TRANSFERS: Participants can transfer their bib to another participant for a $5 fee through RunSignUp, up to 2 weeks prior to the race date. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to (could we put your email here?). Please note, it is against USATF and race rules to participate in this race with another runner's bib.
The EmergeOrtho 5K is open to runners and walkers!
