Sunrise Flow Yoga with Lucky Elephant

This will be a session of Flow Yoga, which is a hybrid of the Classic Hatha Style and Vinyasa Flow. Both styles are combined to connect and move you deeper. This class is suitable for all levels and experienced instructors will be on-site to help guide you through the session.

Greenrock 25K Family Bike Ride

The Greenrock 25K Bike Ride starts at City Hall and, via South Shore road, ends at the Clock Tower Mall in Dockyard. Riders can join in on all the fun scheduled activities for the remainder of the day. Ferries will be running between Hamilton and Dockyard for the duration of the event so riders have the option of using that service too transport to the city.

Greenrock 5K Run

The Greenrock 5K is a run around Dockyard and Ireland Island. The run will start at 9:00am.

Following the run route, the walk will be around Dockyard and Ireland island. If participants do not wish to run, please join the 5K walk.
