ALL RACES BEGIN AT 8AM (SHARP!)

There is ample parking at Nathan Benderson Park.  For those renting a paddle board, the boards will be available on race morning.  Volunteers will direct you to the pick-up location.  If you are renting a board, please arrive no later than 7am to secure your board and paddle. 

PFD's ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE ATHLETE!

Dr. Heidi Anderson, our dermatologist extraordinaire says..."don't forget your sunscreen!"
