Event: Power lifting
The two lifts this year are bench press and deadlift. Participants can do both lifts or just one lift. Participants will weigh in before the event. There are no attire requirements.
We will use the Wilks system scoring based on weight and how much a person lifts. We are going to have a men's division and a women's division instead of everyone lifting against each other.
