Red River Road Runner Learn to Run! Classes

8 weeks on Thursdays
September 11-October 30
5:45-6:45 p.m.
This class is designed to assist experienced runners improve their speed and endurance during the ten weeks. Suggested entry level is a base of 9+ miles/week and the ability to run 2 miles without stopping. The first class will be held Thursday, September 11 at Walker Park near Brookshire Grocery Arena (formerly known as CenturyLink) in Bossier. Later classes will be held at a variety of locations.

September 15-November 3
6:00-7:00 p.m.
This class is designed to prepare a beginning or returning runner or walker to complete a 5K at the end of ten weeks. First class will be held Monday, September 15 at Betty Virginia Park, 3901 Fairfield Ave, Shreveport, LA 71106 with training starting inside the park.
