The Trail to Ale 10K starts and finishes in East Bayside. The race course includes Back Cove Trail, the Bayside Trail, and Payson Park.

Bayside Ride
Participants have the choice of going for a 15-mile or 30-mile loop ride. Both rides start and finish in East Bayside. The 15-mile ride turns around at the Falmouth Town Landing, and the 30-mile ride turns around at Cousins Island in Yarmouth.
