The program is a kid’s only event for grades K-5th in elementary schools

Virtual Coaching Program - What’s Included
Within one week of registering, you’ll receive a brief survey so we can match you with the right training plan based on your race distance and experience level. Plans are designed by Traverse City–based coaches and Bayshore experts to get you ready for race day, and set you up for an active 2026.

You’ll receive three key coaching touchpoints during the program:
• Early Email Check-In
Receive your personalized Bayshore training plan and learn exactly who to contact with questions.
• Mid-Training Group Zoom Session
Meet virtually with your Bayshore coach and fellow runners in your distance and experience group for guidance, accountability, and live Q&A.
• Final Prep Email
Expert advice during the final weeks on tapering, nutrition, race strategy, and last-minute race tips.


All participants also receive a limited-edition BOCO Gear Bayshore ventilator hat, shipped directly to you - perfect for training runs and race weekend!

Limited to 250 parking spaces. Park near the half marathon start line on Devil's Dive Road. You must arrive at the Half Marathon start before 6:45am on race day. There will be return shuttle buses provided to take runners back to the parking area at Devils’ Dive. Return buses will run on a revolving route from Central High School beginning at 9:30 am and ending at 1PM.
