Program: Advanced Summer Program
Advanced Summer Program - $2,500
- All training sessions led by Team Birkie coaches
- Training sessions 4-5 days per week
- Periodized training plan
- Performance Testing and Evaluation on rollerski treadmill (beginning and end of the program)
- Individual Technique or Training Sessions (4) on a rollerski treadmill supervised by Team Birkie coach
*all participants will be invoiced via QuickBooks for registration costs. Full payment must be received by June 1, 2023, in order to begin training. Should registrants select to pay for their programming via installments, each payment must be received by June 1, July 1, and August 1, 2023, in order to begin and continue training.
