CoopStrong Four Miler

This is a 4 mile untimed Ruck. Participants will not receive a timing chip and will not be listed in results. Digital clock at finish line will display unofficial times.

Rucks can be weighed and certified before the race. Official weights are 30lb if over 150 or 20lb if under.

CoopStrong Ruck Patches will be guaranteed to the first 50 registered ruckers.

Untimed event for runners and/or walkers. Participants will not receive a timing chip and will not be listed in results. Digital clock at finish line will display unofficial times. Participants have the option completing 4 mile course OR stopping after 1 mile when the course loops by the start/finish lines!

Want to participate but can't make it to Greenville? Do your own 4-miler wherever you are! We will mail you your ruck patch and/or t-shirt after February 28th.

CoopStrong Ruck Patches will be guaranteed to the first 200 registered ruckers.

Your $100 donation will grant you a race t-shirt, CoopStrong wristband, and timed 4-miler race registration.
