For 40 days, you will be encouraged to increase your physical, mental, and emotional capacities to start 2022 off right. You can complete any and all forms of physical activity, as long as you do at least 40 minutes of exercises daily. That's 26 hours of fitness over 40 days. We know you are busy, so if you miss a 40 day workout one day, make it up with an 80 minute workout the next day. The goal is to reach 26 hours of physical activity in 40 days.

Starting August 1st, you will begin to log your activity minutes on this site in the results section. The goal is to do 40 minutes of fitness each day for 40 days. If you miss a day, you can make it up the next day. Each participant should aim for over 26 hours of fitness during the 40 day period. You can track your fitness on any activity tracker (Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Apple watch, cell phone, etc.). Simply log your daily hours and be inspired by others who are doing the same to BE MORE TODAY.
