What is Run in Pink?
Run in Pink is a 5-kilometer (3.1 miles) virtual race that can be run or walked anywhere. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, treadmill, track, or even at another race. There is no cut-off time and each participant who has submitted their result will receive a Run in Pink finisher medal!

Why Run in Pink?
The race is named Run in Pink to honor the infamous pink uniform of Lourdes College High School. Love it or hate it, pink is meaningful to all Lourdesians.

Do we have to run in pink?
No. You may run in any outfit you want, the dinosaur costume included!

Who can participate?
Everyone! The virtual race is NOW OPEN to all countries. For non-US participants, please forward your registration e-mail to the race director, Rona Lipke, at info@runinpink.org to arrange finisher medal shipment. Check out the FAQ page for more information.
What about those outside the USA?

When is the race?
Registration is open from May 1, 2023 to January 15, 2024. Participants may run/walk anytime upon registration and complete the race/submit results on or before January 15, 2024. If all 200 slots are filled before January 15, 2024, the registration will automatically close.

How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee is $27 + the $2.60 processing fee. 100% of the registration fee proceeds will be donated to Lourdes College High School Class of 1999. The $2.60 processing fee goes to runsignup.com.

What if I cannot complete the race? Will I be refunded?
No. The finisher medals, shipping fees, and other marketing materials have been paid for. All sales are final.

Is there a race shirt?
No, there is no race t-shirt. Each participant who submits their result will receive a digital finisher certificate, a Run in Pink finisher medal, and a “Thank you!” postcard. The finisher certificate can be downloaded from your runsignup.com account after submitting your race result. After verifying the submitted result, we aim to ship the finisher medal and postcard within 15 days.

What can I use to track my results?
You can use a fitness tracking device to record your results. There are also many free apps available that track distance such as Strava, Runkeeper, Mapmyrun, Nike Run, and many more. You may also take photos of the monitors of gym equipment. Results can be submitted to your runsignup.com account or e-mailed to info@runinpink.org.

Will there be race bibs?
Yes, bib numbers will be automatically assigned upon registration. A digital bib will be e-mailed and you may print and wear them during your race.

Will there be a Finisher Certificate?
Yes, there will be a Finisher Certificate. It can be downloaded from your runsignup.com account after you submit your race results.

Can I register for other people?
Yes, you can register up to 25 participants in one account. All finisher medals will be mailed to the runsignup.com primary account holder.

I want to organize a group of participants and distribute the medals at the end of the race. Is that possible?
Yes! We support team cohesion! We support movement! We support connection! Please contact the race director at info@runinpink.org after your group registration to arrange the shipment of finisher medals.
