Miles for Mental Health 5K
This event is open to all fitness levels and encourages participation from individuals, families, and community partners. Participants are welcome to walk, run, or move at their own pace.
T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by the early registration deadline. Limited quantities may be available on race day.
Please arrive early to allow time for parking, packet pick up, and check-in. Parking will be available on-site and in surrounding areas of Shawnee Park.
In the event of severe weather, updates will be communicated through email and social media. This event will be held rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

A race made just for the kids. The Kids Fun Run is a great way to get young participants moving while having fun and supporting mental health awareness. This shorter, family-friendly race gives kids the opportunity to experience race day in a way that is designed just for them.
