Half Marathon Training Program
Runners of all paces and experience are welcome. Please be advised that to begin a 13.1 training program, we recommend consistently running 3 times per week, a total of 15 miles per week for at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the season.
Registered runners will receive a welcome email from the Training team on 8/12/2025 with links to join our Facebook groups and event information.

Marathon Training Program
Runners of all paces and experience are welcome. Please be advised that to begin a 26.2 training program, we recommend consistently running 3-4 times per week, a total of 20 miles per week for at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the season.
