Can’t join us in Dallas? You can still move hope forward from wherever you are!
We’re excited to offer a Virtual 5K option for those who want to support the Hope in Motion 5K and the mission of the Anadel Speaks Foundation—from anywhere in the world.
Whether you’re walking in your neighborhood, running your favorite trail, or pacing on your treadmill, you can stand in solidarity with children overcoming sexual abuse trauma and help us build a shelter to support the restoration of their lives.

• Race Window: Complete your 5K anytime between September 1–27, 2025

Q: What is a virtual 5K?
A virtual 5K lets you run, jog, or walk the 5K from any location and on your own time.
Q: When can I complete my virtual race?
You can complete your 5K anytime between September 1st and 27th, 2025.
Q: Do I have to submit a time?
Nope! This is an untimed, honor-based event. You’re welcome to track your run using a fitness app (like Strava, Runkeeper, or your smart device), but it’s not required.
Q: Will I receive a T-shirt or medal?
T-shirts are only provided to in-person race participants. Virtual runners will receive a printable bib and a digital certificate to commemorate your support.
Q: How do I get recognized?
After completing your virtual 5K, snap a photo and tag @AnadelSpeaks or use the hashtag #HopeInMotion5K to be featured on our website or social media.
Q: I can’t run but still want to help. Can I donate?
Yes! You can make a direct donation to support our mission and the building of our children’s shelter at www.anadelspeaks.org.
