Virginia Beach 5th Annual Nobody Walks Alone 5K

5.1 kilometers (approx 3.1 miles)

Spartan DEKA elements optional:
- Rams for the lunges and the Burpee’s for males and females
- Dyna balls for overhead sit-ups.
- 24 inch foam plyo boxes and assault bikes.
- Kettle bells that are 44 and 35lbs - for the farmers carries weight.

PATH water provided.

Dogs are permitted at Mt. Trashmore if leashed at all times
Dogs are allowed to walk on the trails, but not in the recreation building.
