E5 MOVES for Eagles Haven

E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on April 26th, 2025 at 7:00am. Location TBD. 

Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 3rd Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.

100% of proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center.

The mission of Eagles’ Haven Wellness Center is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting, to rediscover wellness and to restore hope to the Parkland/Coral Springs community through family strengthening navigation services, wellness experiences, crisis support, and support groups.

Saturday (April 25th) 10am-2pm 

Race Day Packet Pickup is available beginning at 5:45am.

RACE DAY: 7:00am Start Time. Location TBD.
