Adventure Tri for FUN!

Wellen Park is pleased to announce the 1st Annual Adventure Tri for FUN!  5K, Mountain/Hybrid Bike, Kayak. Starting and finishing in the new downtown area of Wellen Park.  This is not a timed race…this is for FUN! Can be done as a relay or solo. All participants will receive a cooling towel and finisher medal.

Registration includes cooling towel. All finishers will receive a finisher medal. This is not a timed race…this is for FUN! Can be done as a relay or solo.

Details:
Bring your own mountain bike or hybrid bike, no street bikes allowed due to the shells
on the pathway. All participants must wear a bike helmet.

Bring your own kayak or paddle board and life jacket. If you don’t have a kayak you can rent one from
Kind Vibes Outfitters (hurry, supplies are limited!). Paddle boards are NOT available to rent.  Life jackets required.

• The Run: view map showing course. 

• Mountain Bike: (no skinny tires) twice around the lake trail, helmets required, view map

• Kayak: Launch from the Downtown Wellen dock, kayak/paddle board around the buoy across the lake and head back to the dock.

• Age Limits: Individual category, must be14 years or over. Relay, the kayak team member must be 14 years or older.

Once the course is complete, head through the finish line. Each participant/team member will receive their finisher medal. Step over the Banner backdrop and have your team photo taken.

RACE INFORMATION:
When: Saturday, May 18, 2024 
Where: Wellen Park Downtown area. Packet pickup is at Solis Hall.
Time:  Event starts at 7:30am.   

Parking:  There is plenty of parking around the downtown area. 
  
Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Friday, May 17, 2024 - 3-7pm at Solis Hall.
