Description
Come and help the UGA Pre-Vet Club support Athens Pets. Athens Pets is dedicated to helping animals in the Athens Area find permanent homes or rescue placements, reducing pet overpopulation.
Registration Fees

Price: $25.00 Race Fee + $3.15 SignUp Fee
Registration: Price increases to $30.00 after March 31, 2024 at 11:59pm EDT
Course
The 5K runs along the beautiful Oconee River Greenway. It is an out and back leaving from the Nature Center to College Ave and back.
Dogs are welcome....
Provided they are vaccinated, well behaved and leashed at all times. Waste must be properly picked up and disposed of.

Awards
Awards will be given to overall male/female, overall master’s male/female, overall male/female with dog, and top three males/females according to 10-year age groups. Complete results will be posted within 24 hours to classicraceservices.com and runsignup.com.

What if it Rains?
We get wet! Start of the race may be delayed in 15 minute increments in the event of storms or bad weather. Sorry, no refunds due to weather.
