Global Running Week In Milly

Global Running Week is a week to celebrate Global Running Day Wednesday, June 7, 2023 by encouraging people to participate in a running activity. It is not a "race" to see who is the fastest or runs furthest, but an accomplishment by finishing any distance during the week. New runners can run (or walk) a mile, and experienced runners can run 100 miles. This is a virtual race, meaning that you can run anywhere, anytime, one day or multiple days, between Monday June 5 and Sunday June 11. 

You can log your running activity (and photos) through the page, tracking your run through your Garmin or phone.

The Milledgeville Milers will celebrate Global Running Day one day early on Tuesday, June 6 @ 5:30 at Metropolis Cafe, if anyone is interested in joining us.
