WELCOME
Welcome to the Iron Office Health and Fitness Expo at The Two Cities Marathon!
This annual event hosts thousands of health and fitness enthusiasts and provides vendors a valuable opportunity to engage with an active, wellness-minded community.
Each exhibitor booth is 10' x 10' and includes:

Pipe and drape
-
One (1) 8' table with tablecloth

Two (2) chairs
Note: Outdoor booths do not include tables, chairs, or canopies. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment for outdoor spaces.
SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN
Exhibitors may access the premises for booth set-up and removal according to the following schedule:
Friday, October 31, 2025

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Vendor Load-In

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Expo Open
Saturday, November 1, 2025

7:30 AM: Two Cities Marathon Shakeout Run begins outside the Expo
-
Optional Early Setup: Outdoor vendors may begin setup as early as 7:30 AM if they wish to be present during the shakeout run, which starts and finishes outside the Expo area.

8:00 AM: All vendors may enter the Expo area for setup

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Expo Open

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Vendor Load-Out
All exhibits must be completely set up prior to Expo opening each day.
Exhibitors are prohibited from dismantling or removing booths before 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 1st.
Any exhibitor violating this provision may be excluded from participation in future expos.
Exhibits must be fully removed by 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 1st.
The time between Expo close and complete removal shall be referred to as the “Break Down Period.”
Meals Provided:

A late lunch will be provided to each booth (2 representatives) on Friday, October 31st.

A breakfast will be provided to each booth (2 representatives) on Saturday, November 1st.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is not guaranteed to any vendor.
Any requests for electricity must be submitted in advance to events@goraceproductions.com for consideration.
Availability is limited and subject to venue capacity and event logistics.
OUTDOOR BOOTH SECURITY AND LIABILITY
No security will be provided for outdoor booths.
Exhibitors with outdoor booths acknowledge and agree that all equipment, merchandise, and personal property are left at the sole risk of the vendor.
The Iron Office Health and Fitness Expo Administration, The Two Cities Marathon, and The Well Community Church assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur to property or persons before, during, or after the event.
Vendors are strongly encouraged to remove or secure valuables overnight and to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their property.
RUN CLUB ROW (SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2025 ONLY)
Advertise your run club and get runners pumped for race day!
Run Club Row will take place Saturday, November 1, 2025 only, outside the 2CM Expo space.
This area provides an opportunity for local and regional running clubs to connect with participants and celebrate the running community.
Each participating club will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ space.
Clubs are responsible for providing their own canopy, table, and setup materials.
There is to be no solicitation or sales of products, services, or races at Run Club Row booths.
Paid vendor spaces for such purposes are available inside the Expo space only.
Participation in Run Club Row is free of charge, though clubs are encouraged to register volunteers to assist during Two Cities Marathon festivities, including the Expo and race day events.
All run club applications are subject to final approval by the Two Cities Marathon staff and may be refused for any reason.
Setup and Breakdown Requirements:

Run Clubs must be fully set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday, November 1st.

Tear-down must be completed by 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 1st.

Clubs may begin setup as early as 7:30 AM to be present for the Shakeout Run, which starts and finishes outside the Expo area.
TRANSFER OR SHARING OF SPACE
Each booth is reserved exclusively for the approved exhibitor.
Booths may not be subleased, transferred, or shared with another vendor or entity.
The distribution, display, or verbal promotion of materials for non-paying exhibitors is strictly prohibited.
The Iron Office Health and Fitness Expo Administration reserves the right to monitor and enforce this policy.
COMPLIANCE AND LIABILITY
Exhibitors agree to abide by all event policies, venue regulations, and applicable laws.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future participation.
Exhibitors shall hold harmless and indemnify The Two Cities Marathon, Iron Office Health and Fitness Expo Administration, and The Well Community Church from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event.
