• Online Registration: Opens July 1, 2025, and closes 30 minutes before the race starts on March 21, 2026. Register online HERE

• Mail-In Registration: If paying by check, mail your completed entry form (Download HERE) along with payment to Hermes Sports & Events.

  • Payment Deadline: Must be received by Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

• In-Person Payment: You can also pay with cash or check at packet pickup.

• Confirmation Email: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.

• Standard Rate: $45 (Registrants #101-300)

• Last Call: $50 (Registrants #301-500)

Injury or Scheduling Conflict?

We understand that things come up, so we offer flexible options for runners who can’t make it to race day.

🕟 Free Event Transfer

If you can’t attend, you can gift your registration to another runner for free through your RunSignUp account. This can be done anytime before packet pickup. More info HERE

🕟 Race Packet Pickup

Even if you can’t participate, you’re welcome to pick up your race packet, which includes a novelty bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal. We do not mail out race materials.

🕟 Paid Options

If you need more flexibility, we offer two paid options:

• Deferral Option ($10): Defer your entry to the 2027 Hermes Half a Half Marathon. Available up to 7 days before the race. More info HERE

• Event Transfer Option ($10): Transfer your entry to the 2026 Hermes Cleveland 4 Miler (4/25/26). Available up to 7 days before the race. More info HERE
