The Holland Haven 8K is a flat, out-and-back course that starts and finishes in the heart of downtown Holland. As a mid-distance road race, it’s the perfect segue into longer distance races — approachable for novice runners, yet exciting and challenging for seasoned racers.

Participants can run or walk the course, and families are welcome — it’s a great fun run for ages 8 and up

Every 8K finisher receives a commemorative race medal celebrating their accomplishment.
Runners who complete all three Holland Haven race distances (in separate years) earn the coveted Trifecta Medal — a symbol of dedication and achievement across all events.
