Basically, we do not issue refunds, but please read the fine print...
Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to natural disasters. No refunds will be issued to participants who withdraw or do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. No refunds will be issued to participants who transfer to other events. We understand that everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community. Therefore, we will allow injured runners to defer their registration to a different race, event, or the following year, or to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot offer refunds to injured runners.
No refunds will be issued for poor trail conditions.
