Join us for the Elevations Credit Union Buffalo Bicycle Classic on Sunday September 13, 2026. This ride has 9 different courses for riders of all abilities, including the family-friendly Little Buff. The Boulder Canyon will be closed westbound for the Epic, Epic 75 and the beginning of the Gravel Epic for riders to enjoy a safe beautiful ride. GRAVEL RIDES: the Gravel Epic, a 60 mile gravel ride that goes up Magnolia Road to Nederland then Peak to Peak Highway to Gold Hill and back to campus. But only if you are buff enough! The 44 mile Gravel Buff heads north toward Hygiene along gravel roads along the way.
The Buffalo Bicycle Classic has always been more than just a bike ride, it is also the largest scholarship fundraising event in the State of Colorado. The BBC scholarship fund raises money to support high-achieving, Colorado high school graduates in their academic pursuits at CU Boulder. Over 430 Buffalo Bicycle Classic scholars have graduated from University of Colorado. Register or make a donation and change lives!

Want to Fundraise Only - (IMPORTANT NOTE: Does NOT include ride registration)
Join in the fundraising for the Buffalo Bicycle Classic as an individual or a team! If your company or group would like to raise money for the BBC Scholarship Fund, sign up on the "Donate" page and press the "Become a Fundraiser". You can set up your group to be fundraisers.

Little Buff Pricing
The Little Buff is the only ride that has group pricing. When you select "Little Buff" ride, you should register 4-6 family members at the same time. The price will be $200 for the family of 4-6 members. The ride is 10 miles mostly along bike paths. Enjoy snow cones and face painting at the Aid Station along with some snacks. A catered pasta lunch is also included at the finish in Benson Lawn.
Referral Program
If you refer 5 friends to join the Buffalo Bicycle Classic, we will refund you $15. It doesn't have to be the same ride, they just have to sign up! Gather your friends and enjoy a great day on your bike while supporting the Buffalo Bicycle Classic Scholarship Fund!
